Phil DuMas is a Network and Cyber Security expert with more than 25 years of experience developing and implementing technology in a myriad of environments. After a stint with the United States Marine Corps Mr. DuMas pursued an education and received a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at Nova Southeastern University. In 2001 Mr. DuMas founded, grew and later sold The Octurnis Corporation, a firm focused on network security and data forensics. It was products based on the technology that Mr. DuMas developed and patented that allowed the U.S. Coast Guard to set up communications centers after hurricane Katrina for people to call for rescue. In 2006 Mr. DuMas joined The Cybrix Group as the CTO and grew with the company to become a member of the Fast 50 by focusing efforts on cyber security and legislative compliance in the commercial sectors. In 2015 Mr DuMas was instrumental in the founding of Bellcurve Technology, a spin‐off of the commercial division of Cybrix. Mr DuMas also serves as a Visiting Professor at USF and is the Executive Director for the National Center for Cyber studies, a 501c(3) non‐profit.

Bill Grob focuses his practice exclusively on labor and employment law representing exclusively employers and management. He has served as lead trial counsel in cases in federal and state courts across the country, and has extensive experience as lead counsel in a variety of labor and employment matters, including numerous collective actions, involving wage/hour and overtime litigation, race discrimination, disability discrimination, leave issues and harassment. Much of Bill’s practice involves enforcing and defending non‐compete covenants, obtaining injunctions, litigating employment issues, and representing staffing companies, restaurants, and employee leasing companies. Bill has also been a featured speaker at numerous employment and education law‐related seminars for managers and organizations throughout Florida and the Southeast. Bill is the Chair of his firm’s national Staffing and PEO Practice Group. Bill formerly served as a member of the Board of Trustees for the Polk Theatre in Lakeland, Florida; was Legislative Chair, President and currently is the Government Affairs Director for the Suncoast Human Resource Management Association; and is the former co‐chair for the Labor & Employment Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. Bill holds the top rating available as rated by his professional peers in Martindale Hubbell and is listed annually among Best Lawyers in America by US News and World Report, and by Florida Trend Magazine.

Mr. Wilson has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years in various roles including: business development, client advocacy, and technical resource. Dru is responsible for USI’s Property & Casualty Practice in Tampa as well as resource deployment throughout the Tampa Bay and Central Florida Region. Prior to USI, Dru served as Senior Account Executive and Internal Technical Resource for 11 years in one of the Florida's largest independent insurance agencies. Dru was responsible for more than $20M annually in premium management. Product specializations include: Workers’ Compensation, Property, Products Liability, Management Liability, and Risk Management. Industry experience includes: Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, Media, Education, Non‐ Profit, Governmental, and all factions of Healthcare insurance. Dru is a lifelong Floridian and has been in practice since 1990. Dru was awarded his Certified Risk Manager Designation from Certified Risk Management International and The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research in 2006, and received his Accredited Adviser in Insurance certification from the Insurance Institute of America in 2003.
