BAMA Sponsorship Opportunities
Would you like to get connected with the Bay Area Manufacturers Association?  Here are just a few opportunities for you to consider.
Monthly Networking Sponsor 

For the low price of $150 for BAMA-members, or $300 for Non-BAMA members, you can display company brochures on a table located in the Networking area at the BAMA general monthly meetings.  Attendance varies from 45 – 70 people.

The sponsorship includes one meal for a company representative, and five minutes on the agenda to represent your company’s products or services at that evening’s BAMA meeting.  We meet the 3rd Thursday of each month, except for July and December.

General Monthly Meeting Sponsor 

Be the headlining sponsor of the BAMA monthly general meeting.  The price of $1,250 allows you advertising on the BAMA web site, you will be the premiere sponsor of this event, able to display company banners and distribute materials to our attendees, plus a business card sized advertisement in that month’s newsletter.

This sponsorship includes two meals for company representatives, and fifteen minutes on the Agenda to represent your company’s products or services that evening.

Advertising Sponsor

Be a part of the Manufacturer’s Monthly electronic newsletter.  This reaches approximately 900 mailboxes at the beginning of each month and is rich in newsworthy content.

A business card advertisement (2” x 3”) sells for $25.00 per month.  A banner advertisement is $50.00 per month. 

Lunch & Learn Sponsor

These programs are free for our members to attend and can cover a scope of topics relevant to our manufacturing association and/or your services offered

Below are guidelines to help you decide if this would be a good advertising venue for your establishment.

TIMES:
11:30 am – 1:00 pm (minimum to maximum length)
PRICE:
$120.00 for BAMA members to host (plus cost of lunch)                  $240.00 for Non-BAMA members to host (plus cost of lunch)
TIMELINE:
At least six (6) weeks prior to the date selection to adequately promote the event.  These events are promoted through an e-mail invitation, along with announcements at the monthly meetings, coverage in the Manufacturer’s Monthly newsletter and on our web site at www.bama-fl.org.
LUNCH:

We have a special price worked out for lunch at $6.00 per person.  This is in addition to the sponsorship cost. Payment is required in advance, along with speaker’s bio and a brief description of the topic, and a detailed outline of the presentation.  There will be no refunds if canceled or postponed due to lack of attendance.
