She currently uses this experience as a freelance management consultant to help management teams create high powered business systems. She helps companies develop new systems, integrating quality, environmental and safety as well as improving traditional “ISO” quality systems by incorporating lean and Six Sigma to reduce waste and variation using a fast and repeatable management system implementation model that can be done in as little as eight weeks.
