Join BAMA on Thursday, June 20th at Feather Sound Country Club for an exciting night.  As you know, a primary initiative for BAMA is to support education through our Scholarship and STEM programs.  Your support and contributions to our 22nd Annual Scholarship Golf Fundraiser, “The Murph”, held in April and our “BAMA Family Day” being held June 15th help support these programs.  Please join us as we recognize our:
  • BAMA 2013 Scholarship winners
  • BAMA 2013 Pinellas Science and Engineering Fair winners
  • Other STEM programs

Hear directly from our scholarship winners on how their award will help them achieve their goal in a manufacturing discipline (Engineering, technology, skilled trade certification, etc) and watch our Science Fair winners present their award winning projects. 

The scholarship program helps provide financial assistance to needy and deserving high school students and post secondary students from Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco Counties who wish to attend college or a Technical Education Center to pursue a manufacturing or technology related career.  The funds will be distributed through the Education Foundations of the respective counties and will add tremendous value to our local economy.  By supporting education that benefits domestic manufacturers, BAMA is making a difference in our local economy.  Investing in manufacturing education will help to keep both jobs and manufacturing in general right here at home.

We also will have general elections for the 2013-2014 Board Members and as you we close the 2013 fiscal year (July 2012 – June 2013), we will reflect back on all the positive achievements with the association and a few forward looking initiatives. 

Price is $35 for members and $50 for non-members.

7:15 pm - Cocktails, Appetizers & Networking
