Join Us for an Exclusive Tour of MacDonald Training Center (MTC) and Meet their Innovation Program Graduates

We invite you to experience the mission and impact of MTC firsthand. During this special event, you'll learn about our work, tour our facility, and hear about the remarkable success of our Innovation Program, which supports and empowers members of the Deaf community.

As part of the tour, you’ll have the opportunity to visit our Business Enterprise warehouse and meet the talented interns who are graduating from the program and ready to enter the workforce. These individuals bring prior work experience, strong work ethics, and a commitment to excellence. Employers can expect team members who are punctual, eager to contribute, and demonstrate high retention potential.

For your convenience, we will provide private meeting spaces for one-on-one conversations or interviews with the interns. Professional interpreters will be available during the tour and can also be arranged for interviews or onboarding at your workplace, ensuring seamless communication every step of the way.
