Precise Technologies is a family owned CNC shop with a focus on aerospace & medical machining. We’re looking for a full-time entry level Manufacturing Finishing Operator. In this role, you will be provided hands on training to perform the assembly operations that meet the Precise Technologies performance and quality standards. This role is a great introduction into the machining industry.
General Duties:
- Build assemblies using work instructions, work orders, and drawings as a guide
- Includes assembling sub-assemblies, complete or final assemblies for a range of product sizes within the product line
- Rotate through different tasks on the assembly line
- Hand assembly and visual inspection
- Setting up equipment and operation
- Align, fit and adjust parts to meet operating requirements of procedure
- Achieve daily production goals while ensuring compliance to company manufacturing instructions
- Maintain and complete necessary quality documentation
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or sit long periods of time and perform hand intensive repetitive assembly of product(s)
- Required to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. Lifting frequency: Occasionally
- Strong manual dexterity/steady hands
- Must be able to work with hand held tools (i.e. Die Grinder, Dremel Tool, etc.) for extended periods of time
- Be able to work with a visual detail for an extended period of time
