Effective Project Management, the prerequisite course for the Project Management Certificate
This course will deepen your understanding of the basic principles and techniques used in managing projects successfully. You will apply practical tools presented through scenario analysis, role playing, case studies, discussion and other experiential techniques.
The classroom-based course fulfills the educational requirement for the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® examination, and provides fundamental information necessary to begin preparing for PMI certifications. The PMBOK® Guide will be provided.
