Keather Snyder is the President and Chief Operating Officer at The Omnia Group, a leader in helping organizations optimize their talent selection, and continuously grow and inspire their workforce. Keather is a results-oriented leader with a track record of guiding organizations in cultivating the employee experience, engaging clients, and executing sales plans to drive business growth.
For over 25 years she’s sold and built global sales teams, created innovative marketing strategies and led exceptional client delivery and professional services organizations.
Prior to joining Omnia, Keather was with Deloitte Consulting, LLP leading Bersin Insight’s worldwide sales and client success team. While there she spoke at industry conferences and facilitated workshops on human capital trends and the future of work. At Omnia she continues to speak at industry conferences, client events and universities.
Keather is also hugely passionate about developing our future generation of employees and dedicates personal time to mentoring school age and early career professionals. She lives in St. Petersburg, FL, and cherishes family time with her husband and two daughters. In her personal time, she enjoys hiking challenges, following food network star recipes and water sports.
