BAMA announces its next Manufacturers RoundTable Forum
“How do you know you have an effective Quality Management System?”
Thursday, May 18, 5:30 – 8:00 pm
Location: Rusty Pelican, 2425 N. Rocky Point Dr., Tampa FL 33607

The purpose of this Roundtable event is to examine this critical manufacturing business process – both for companies with mature Quality Management Systems (QMS) as well as manufacturing companies that want to build, expand or overhaul their current system.

Participants will be exposed to QMS fundamentals as well as lessons learned and best practices from BAMA members. Our manufacturing roundtables are designed to be interactive and this event will provide an opportunity to learn from a Quality Management System expert, benchmark with other members and learn ways to help improve the competitiveness of your business.

The Bay Area Manufacturers Association (BAMA) Manufacturers RoundTable Forums focus on areas of interest for area manufacturers and are designed to promote sharing of best practices to its members with a goal of improving our manufacturing business base.

Topics from our previous successful RoundTables were:
• The Value of Pursuing Outside Awards & Recognitions for Your Company
• Visual Management best practices
• Measure what matters: How to establish a Continuous Improvement Program that works
• Developing an effective Lean strategy that works – a collaborative discussion

These Roundtables are offered to facilitate discussion and determine specific focus areas of interest manufacturing members would like more support from BAMA; to provide a forum to discuss and share best practices within manufacturing members; to provide a forum to learn and provide resources to our membership to improve manufacturing competitiveness.

For more than 50 years, The Bay Area Manufacturers Association has been helping manufactures in Tampa Bay. BAMA’s mission is to support manufacturers and promote economic development in the Tampa Bay Region.
